Are you interested in having our doctors come speak at an event? The Signature Speaks program provides local businesses and organizations with the opportunity to host board-certified, fellowship-trained physicians at community health events in St. Louis. Our doctors are experts in a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, sports medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, and many more.
We are passionate about health education and helping our local friends, family, and neighbors maintain their good health. Hosted by Signature Medical Group and its practices in partnership with local organizations and business, we present these events free of charge and open them to all ages.
Unsure of what to discuss? Our team will be happy to brainstorm a relevant topic for you and your audience. Maybe you’re a boutique fitness gym and you want to educate your patrons on how to recover from sports injuries. Or maybe you are involved with local senior organizations and want to help older adults understand the pros and cons of knee and hip replacements. We have experienced OB/GYNs who could come speak about women's health. The possibilities are endless.

Joint Health
Location: Keeley Companies
An expert panel presented and took questions on arthritis, joint health, and healthy living. Panelists included Sri Pinnamaneni, MD, of Signature Orthopedics St. Louis, Nivedita Nagam, MD, of Signature Rheumatology, and Phil Ward, DPT, of Signature Physical Therapy.

Healthy Snacking
Location: Intelica CRE
Registered dietitian Liz Erker presented a talk on healthy snacking and making better food choices to the employees of Intelica CRE, a consulting firm that provides commercial real estate advisory services in St. Louis.
Holiday Orthopedic Forum: Meet the Doctors
Location: The Lodge Des Peres
A panel of orthopedic physicians and attorneys came together to discuss workers' compensation issues including injuries of the hand, wrist, foot, ankle, knee, and spine. One hour of Certified Case Managers CEUs, Adjuster CEUs and Nursing CEUs were available for this event.
From Couch to Championship: Overcoming Fitness Injuries
Location: SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital
Two local orthopedic doctors from Signature Orthopedics presented on common fitness injuries affecting the knees and shoulders. The physicians also discussed the popularity of boutique fitness programs and the potential for injury from high intensity fitness regimens.

Outrun Injuries
Location: Fleet Feet St. Louis – South County location
This event focused on common running injuries. Two of our orthopedic doctors from Premier Care Orthopedics, Dr. Christopher Palmer and Dr. Nicolas Martin, presented on foot and ankle injuries as well as other aspects of podiatric care.

Knee-Deep in Pain
Location: The Lodge Des Peres
This event focused on common causes of knee pain. Dr. John Tessier presented, providing insight on the many different knee pain treatment options available in today’s market.
