    Signature Orthopedics has partnered with SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and the Arthritis Foundation to offer a free community education event on sports medicine and injuries from high intensity exercise programs. The event, titled “From Couch to Championship: Overcoming Fitness Injuries,” will be held Nov. 14, 2018 at the hospital.

    The 9th Annual Gateway Dragon Boat Festival was held at Creve Coeur Lake Park on June 27th, 2015. This event is put on by the Signature Healthcare Foundation and sponsored by Signature Medical Group. Proceeds go to Operation Family Help which provides financial assistance to families struggling with healthcare-related needs.
